1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 3we platform (including the website at 3we.lat, its mobile-optimised interface, and all related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 3we platform. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 3we platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the 3we platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept a range of payment methods commonly used by players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and across Malaysia, including:

5. Withdrawals

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Sportsbook Rules

3we's Sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including English Premier League (EPL) matches, Malaysia Super League fixtures, UFC bouts, basketball, and dozens of other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Live betting odds are subject to change in real time.
• 3we reserves the right to void bets where odds are clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault or human error ("palpable error"). Players will be notified and refunded in such cases.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets.
• 3we reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline bets from any player at its sole discretion, including where irregular betting patterns are detected.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

3we reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or upon player request.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified withdrawable balance will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

11. Intellectual Property
